Will 2024 Be My Year?

Hey guys, if we genuinely want to meet our goals this year, we will need to reconsider our priorities and get rid of the unnecessary things that only add more stress to our lives.  So, if that means cutting off old people, places, and things, then so be it!  More importantly, we need to understand that it’s “OK” TO SAY NO!  We must strive for a better balance and learn to savor, enjoy, and slow down long enough to focus on things of greater importance (family, friends, peace of mind, and proper rest).

So, I ask you the question:  What goal(s) will you carry out this year, and what will you do differently to reach them?
